To increase the rebound damping force, turn the adjusting knob in direction (a). To decrease the rebound damping force, turn the adjusting knob in direction (b). Adjusting the rear suspension spring preload The spring preload can be adjusted by turning the spring preload adjusting ring on the center shock absorber and the spring preload adjuster on the rear shock absorber.
