Control functions Compression damping force The compression damping force of each ski shock absorber can be adjusted by turning the compression damping force adjusting knob. To increase the compression damping force, turn the adjusting knob in direction (a). To decrease the compression damping force, turn the adjusting knob in direction (b). 1. Adjusting the ski damping force
CAUTION:
ECS00260
The damping forces for the left and right
ski shock absorbers must be adjusted to
the same settings. Uneven settings can
cause poor handling and loss of stability.
Compression damping force
The compression damping force of each ski
shock absorber can be adjusted by turning
the compression damping force adjusting
knob.
To increase the compression damping force,
turn the adjusting knob in direction (a). To de-
crease the compression damping force, turn
the adjusting knob in direction (b).
Rebound damping force
The rebound damping force of each ski shock
absorber can be adjusted by turning the re-
bound damping force adjusting knob.
To increase the rebound damping force, turn
the adjusting knob in direction (a). To de-
crease the rebound damping force, turn the
adjusting knob in direction (b).
