ESU02112 Headlight bulb replacement 1. Lift up the shroud. 2. Disconnect the lead coupler. 3. Remove the socket cover and bulb set spring. 1 Socket cover 4. Remove the bulb. WARNING @ Keep flammable products or your hands away from the hot bulb until it cools down. @ 5. Install the new bulb. Bulb type: 12 V, 60/55 W CAUTION: @ Keep oil or your hands away from the glass part of the bulb or its life and illumination will be affected. If the glass is oil stained, thoroughly clean it with a cloth moistened with alcohol or lacquer thinner. @ 6. Set the spring and install the socket cover, and then connect the lead coupler.
