1 Find and tap Settings > Network & Internet > Dual SIM > Dual SIM reachability. 2 Tap the slider to enable the function. 3 Tap CONTINUE and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the procedure. If the Dual SIM reachability function does not work after you enable it, check you have entered the phone numbers correctly for each SIM card. In some cases, the numbers are detected automatically during setup. Otherwise, you are prompted to enter them manually. Blocking a number You can block certain numbers from calling you and from sending you messages. Select from stored numbers or type in a number yourself. To block a stored number 1 Find and tap . 2 Touch and hold the number you want to block. 3 Tap Block number, then tap BLOCK. Calls and texts from this number are blocked. To block a number by typing the number 1 Find and tap . 2 Tap > Settings > Call Blocking > Add a number. 3 Enter the phone number you want to block, then tap BLOCK. Calls and texts from this number are blocked. To unblock a blocked number 1 Find and tap . 2 Tap > Settings > Call Blocking. 3 Tap next to the phone number you want to unblock, then tap UNBLOCK.
