Adjusting the sound MULTI CONTROL ACTIVE EQ ACTIVE EQ BASS BOOST TONE MULTI CONTROL O/ Adjusting the Tone ¶ Operation available only on the remote control unit. The tone level can be adjusted when the input signal is a PCM or analog signal and the listen mode of this unit is set to "Stereo". œ Press [TONE] to select the Tone mode. ∑ Use [MULTI CONTROL ∞/5] to select "TONE ON" or "TONE OFF". Press [BASS BOOST]. Press the key once to select the maximum (+10) low frequency emphasis setting. TONE will automatically be turned ON. ACTIVE EQ mode You can enjoy a more impressive sound effect when ACTIVE EQ is turned ON during Dolby Digital and DTS playback and, when in PCM and analog stereo mode. Press [ACTIVE EQ] for the following selections. Display "ACTIVE EQ MUSIC" "ACTIVE EQ CINEMA" "ACTIVE EQ GAME" "ACTIVE EQ OFF" Setting Effective when listening to music. Effective when watching a movie. Effective when playing a game. Active EQ function is off. ACTIVE EQ indicator lights up. é When in "TONE ON" selection, press [TONE] for the following displays.
