At the press UI, touch the Print Care icon > Bypasses and bypass the following:: ● Auto first transfer calibration (in the ILS tab). ● Auto Bias (under Processes). This is not relevant for software version 12.0 or later. 9. Bypass Color Calibration by touching Main Menu > Print Preference > Color Calibration tab > verify that the Enable automatic color calibration check box is not selected. 10. Change the following Systab values (list the values prior to any change): ● imprEngagePropertiesTopic > warmupSubstrateThickness (default 300) = 600 ● imprEngagePropertiesTopic > warmupSubstratePressure (default 300) = 200 ● engineconfigTopic > enableNewPause = True ● bypassTableTopic > impressionEngage = True ● bypassTableTopic > blanketCreepSolution = False ● miscEngineTopic > pauseTImeoutInSec = 780 (from 3 min to 13 min) 11. Change the press to Ready, with cold start, as follows: a. Open the Systab editor. b. Browse to coldStartTopic > forceLongColdStart c. In the Dynamic column, change FALSE to TRUE. 12.
