Problem Solution The motor starts stuttering or is too slow. Turn to the higher speed level. Pour possibly some of the ingredients from the glass jug. Then, check the following points: The motor operates only when the glass jug is properly and fully assembled. Make sure that the glass jug is properly assembled. Remove the glass jug from the motor base and clear gently with a wooden or plastic spoon stuck pieces of food on the blade. Apply no violence not to damage the blades. Shred hard ingredients (eg nuts, hard chocolate) outside of the mixer. Remove a part of the ingredients from the glass jug and then try again with a higher speed level. Attention: Do not overload the motor of the appliance with too hard or too large ingredients. Do not over load the glass jug. Process solid ingredients possibly in several steps. The mixer is not suitable for grating of nuts, chocolate or other hard ingredients. The bottom of the glass jug loosens up during operation; liquid escapes. Switch off the appliance immediately (turn the ON/OFF switch to position ›0‹) and unplug the power plug from the outlet. Empty the glass jug immediately. Clean and dry the motor base. If liquids have been spilled into the air vents at the bottom of the motor base, and have the appliance checked in a specialised service centre.
