MAINTENANCE Fall Tune-Up For maximum performance, arrange for a fall service tune-up with your POLARIS dealer. His experienced and trained service technician will keep your machine in peak operating condition. Matte Clear Coat Cleaning Matte finish products are prone to trapping dirt, oils and other contaminants. POLARIS Industries rec-ommends cleaning with warm water and a mild dish detergent. Use a soft sponge to gently rub the surface and rinse with clean warm water. For stubborn stains such as grease or oil use a citrus based cleaner (3M Citrus Base Cleaner recommended). Spray onto the area to be cleaned and rub with a soft sponge. Allow to sit for a couple of minutes and wash away with clean warm water. Repeat as necessary to clean the surface. NOTICE: Never use a polishing/buffing wax or any sponge that has an abrasive surface. These products will buff the matte surface of the finish resulting in a glossy finish. It is not recommended that you clean matte finishes with a pressure washer as this will further imbed contaminants into the clear coat and possibly damage the decals. 106
