THE PERFECT FIT Handlebar Adjustments Use the RIDER SELECT feature to adjust handlebar position. See page 29. Use the following steps to adjust handlebar angle at the handlebar block. 1. Remove the handlebar cover to expose the handlebar and the four adjuster block bolts. NOTE: If equipped, remove the mountain bar. Handlebar Cover 2. Using a 7/16" wrench, loosen the four nuts on the bottom of the adjuster block (turn handlebar to left or right for access to back nuts). NOTE: If necessary, pry the blocks apart with a screwdriver. Adjuster Block Bolts 3. Adjust the handlebar to the Nuts desired height. Be sure handlebars, brake lever and throttle lever operate smoothly and do not hit the gas tank, windshield or any other part of the machine when turned fully to the left or right. 4. Torque the front bolts first, then torque the rear bolts. Torque the bolts to 11-13 ft. lbs. (15-18 Nm). 5. Reinstall the handlebar cover. 64

Handlebar Adjustments
Use the RIDER SELECT feature to adjust handlebar position. See page
29. Use the following steps to adjust handlebar angle at the handlebar
block.
1.
Remove the handlebar cover to
expose the handlebar and the
four adjuster block bolts.
NOTE:
If equipped, remove the
mountain bar.
2.
Using a 7/16" wrench, loosen
the four nuts on the bottom of
the adjuster block (turn handle-
bar to left or right for access to
back nuts).
NOTE:
If necessary, pry the blocks
apart with a screwdriver.
3.
Adjust the handlebar to the
desired height. Be sure handle-
bars, brake lever and throttle
lever operate smoothly and do
not hit the gas tank, windshield
or any other part of the machine
when turned fully to the left or right.
4.
Torque the front bolts first, then torque the rear bolts. Torque the
bolts to 11-13 ft. lbs. (15-18 Nm).
5.
Reinstall the handlebar cover.
