Maintenance Toe Alignment WARNING Severe injury or death can result from improper toe alignment and adjustment. Do not attempt to adjust tie rod alignment. All tie rod adjustments should be performed by an authorized Polaris dealer. Use the following procedure to check the toe alignment of the vehicle. The recommended toe alignment is 1/8" to 1/4" (3-6 mm) toe out. 1. Set the handlebars in a straight-ahead position. NOTE: The steering frog can be used as an indicator of whether the handlebars are straight. The frog should always point straight back from the steering post. 2. Place stands in front of the vehicle, perpendicular to the rear tires. 150

Toe Alignment
Use the following procedure to check the toe alignment of the vehicle. The recommended toe
alignment is 1/8" to 1/4" (3-6 mm) toe out.
1.
Set the handlebars in a straight-ahead position.
NOTE:
The steering frog can be used as an indicator of whether the handlebars are straight. The frog
should always point straight back from the steering post.
2.
Place stands in front of the vehicle, perpendicular to the rear tires.
