Low Coolant Warning Light LOW If this light comes on and stays on, the vehicle should promptly be pulled off the roadand the coolant level checked. Your vehicle isequipped with a computer which monitors operation of the fuel, ignition emission and control systems. This system is called OBD I1 (On-Board Diagnostics-Second Generation) and is intended to assure that emissions are acceptable levels for at the lifeof the vehicle,helping to produce a cleaner environment. The CHECK ENGINE light comes on to indicate that there a problem and service is required. is Malfunctions oftenwill be indicatedby the system before any problem is apparent.
