Full 5-Year Warranty Bose' Corporation warrants this unit to be free from detects in materials and workmanship for a period ol Ewe wars from the original date ol purchase. During that period, Bose will remedy all such defects without charge for parts or labor, il returnol theunit together with the original sales pl, or other proof of purchase, to Bose. or to an aulhop Bose Service Agency. This warranty does not extend to damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglect or abuse. This warranty is fully transferable. In no event shall Bose be liable for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation ol incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. Should this unit fail within the warranty period, contact your authorized Bose dealer. This dealer will tell you which one of the following procedures you should tallow. 1. Return unit with proof of purchase to dealer, OR 2. Return unit with proof of purchase to the nearest author. ized Bose Service Agency, OR 3. Return unit with proof of purchase directly to the Bose factory. II procedure 3 above is taken, please foliate the instructions below: I. Call the Bose Customer Service Department at (508)879/330, and ask to be assigned a return authorization number and shipping instructions. 2. Pack the unit in the original carton for shipping.
