N Remove the filler cap. Refueling Take care not to spill fuel while fueling and do not overfill the tank. Closing the threaded filler cap N Position cap. N Adjust the length of the strap so that the spring hook (2) is about a hand's width below your right hip. Overlong ends of straps may be shortened after completing the adjustment. N Attach the spring hook to the machine's perforated strip (3). Find the right attachment point for the cutting attachment you are using - see "Balancing the Brushcutter". 002BA240 KN The unit is balanced differently, depending on the cutting attachment used. N With the unit suspended from the harness, see how it is balanced and change attachment point as necessary: Mowing attachments Mowing heads, grass cutting blades and brush knives should just touch the ground. Opening the threaded filler cap

Turn the cap counterclockwise until
it can be removed from the tank
opening.
N
Remove the filler cap.
Refueling
Take care not to spill fuel while fueling
and do not overfill the tank.
Closing the threaded filler cap

Position cap.

Turn the cap clockwise as far as it
will go and tighten it as securely as
possible by hand.

Put on the full harness (1).

Adjust the length of the strap so that
