Menu Items Menu item details The menu will differ depending on the input mode. nPicture AV mode Video settings can be changed to match the scene. Dynamic / PC / Standard / Movie / Game / Custom * Once you change the setting such as "Color Temp." or "Brightness" from "Dynamic" / "PC" / "Standard" / "Movie" / "Game", "AV mode" will be changed to "Custom". If you change "Custom" to another "AV mode", the value of "Custom" will not be maintained. Advanced Wide mode Changes the screen size. (See page 19.) Overscan Sets the scan mode used for video input. Color Temp. Selects the color temperature. Noise reduction Reduce the image noise. Setting a higher level reduces more noise. However, it may cause blurring on an image. Active Contrast Automatically adjusts the contrast according to the image. The adjustment operation may not be smooth depending on the image. In this case select "Off". Motion enhancement (PN-UH861) Use this when showing a picture with fast movement. Brightness Adjusts the backlight brightness. Black Level Adjusts the entire brightness of the video signals. Contrast Adjusts the difference between the bright and dark portions of the image. Color Adjusts the color intensity. Tint Adjusts the hue. Selecting + changes the color towards green, and selecting - changes it towards magenta. Sharpness Adjusts the sharpness of the image. nAudio Balance Adjusts the balance of the audio sound between right and left. Bass Adjusts the volume of bass-level sound. Treble Adjusts the volume of treble-level sound. Speaker Select whether or not speakers are used. Surround You can produce surround effect from the speakers. Audio output Sets the volume of sound output from the audio output terminals. Variable You can adjust the volume using the VOL button. Fixed Fixes the sounds. 23 E

Wide mode

Overscan
