Network Issues When the TV has difficulties connecting to the network, these steps may help resolve the problem. Wireless network connection failed. Unable to connect to a wireless access point. Unable to connect to the network. Connect your mobile device to the router via Wi-Fi. Turn the router off and back on again. (Requires 2 to 3 minutes) If a security key is required, make sure it has been entered correctly. Unplug the TV's power cord and plug it back in or press and hold the power button for at least 3 seconds. Make sure that there is no electromagnetic wave generating device placed between the TV and router.
