The unit supports PCM signal. Filter 1 (Default): Offers a short impulse response for both pre-echo and post-echo. Large amount of audio information clearly reproduces deep stereo imaging and the relative position of the sound source. Filter 2: This characteristic is known as asymmetrical impulse response. The post echo is slightly longer than the pre-echo. The sound characteristics is more analog like. Settings Tips Appendix Lock Range Narrowing down the "Lock Range" setting reduces jittering, providing clearer sound. However, if the "Lock Range" is set too narrow, it may cause intermittent sounds and noise during playback or when switching to a song with a different sampling frequency. If this occurs, broaden the "Lock Range" setting until the music you are listening to sounds normal.
