[System Menu/Counter] key key > [FAX] > [OK] key key > [TX/RX Restrict.] > [OK] key key > [Permit ID List] > [OK] key 2 Change/Delete. Changing 1 Select the Permit ID No. to be changed. 2 Select the [OK] key. 3 Use the numeric keys to reenter the Permit ID number. NOTE For the procedure for entering a number, refer to the following: Registering Permit ID No. (page 8-13) 4 Select the [OK] key. Deleting 1 Select the Permit ID No. to be deleted. 2 [Menu key > [Delete] > [OK] key > [Yes] Setting Send Restriction Restrict the other parties to which you send originals only to the ones registered in Permit FAX No. and Permit ID No. as well as the ones registered in the Address Book. To change the sending restriction, follow the steps below. 1 Display the screen.
