Pie crusts browning too quickly SOLUTIONS If this is the first time the oven has been used, turn on any one of the surface burner knobs to release air from the gas lines. See "Electronic Oven Controls" section. Press and hold the "0" key for 3 seconds. Demo Mode will deactivate all heating elements. See "Demo Mode" in the "Electronic Oven Controls" section. This is normal. The convection fan will start running approximately 5 minutes into the cycle. If the oven door is opened during convention cooking, the fan will turn off immediately. It will come back on when the oven door is closed. If propane gas is being used, contact a service technician or see cover for contact information.
