5. Raise the Left and Right Upper Body Arms (9, 22). Tighten the Resistance Control (43) on the lower end of each Upper Body 5 Arm. The use of the Upper Body Arms is explained in HOW TO USE THE UPPER BODY ARMS on page 13. 43 22 9 43 6. Press the Belt Tool (99) into the opening in the Left Rear Endcap (95). The Belt Tool is used to center the walking belt 6 (see SYMPTOM 6 on pages 14 and15). 95 99 7. Attach the Pulse Sensor (19) to one of the Headbands (18 or 20). Make sure that the sensor window is pressed through the indicated hole in the Headband. Press open the clothes clip, and insert the pulse sensor wire into the clothes clip. Make sure that the pulse sensor wire is resting against the hinge of the clothes clip (see the inset drawing). The use of the pulse sensor is explained on page 8. Make sure that all parts are tightened before you use the treadmill.
