3. Each time the heat sink is removed, thoroughly clean and replace the thermal material from the surface of the heat sink. Replacement thermal material is included with the heat sink and system board spare part kits. Reverse this procedure to install the heat sink. System board To remove the system board, use these procedures and illustrations. Prepare the computer for disassembly (Preparation for disassembly on page 28). 2. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover on page 28). 3. Remove the battery (see Battery on page 29). 4.
