Outstanding issues not addressed in this release • There is an outstanding issue with HP StoreOnce B6200 Backup systems where multiple gateways are configured in network template 1 or template 4, and the route table is not updated with the correct network addresses. If you encounter this issue, contact HP Support. • There is an outstanding issue with HP StoreOnce 2620, 4210/4220 and 4420/4430 Backup systems where, during network reconfiguration, the system does not allow retrieval of DNS servers using DHCP. This will be resolved in the next release of software. Installation instructions To ensure the integrity of your download, HP recommends verifying your results with this MD5 Checksum value: Checksum value 9e5598c39c4f7ef17a346ad276eaab60 Filename D2D_Master-3.6.2-1325.1.x86_64.rpm Before updating It is advisable to perform some checks before carrying out the software update process. • Please ensure that no backup jobs are running when the upgrade is started. Any running backup jobs will fail. • Check that there are no warnings or errors reported on any of the hardware. This can be done by logging into the GUI and checking the Hardware Problem Report. If there are messages in here, please rectify them. If the page is blank, this means that all hardware is reported as good • It is strongly recommended that you perform the following actions immediately prior to starting the software update process to ensure a smooth update process: ◦ Pull a support ticket and save for future reference. ◦ Reduce the size of the Event log using the StoreOnce GUI. Click the Delete button on the Events GUI page, enter 14 into Delete All Events Older Than (days) and click OK. ◦ Proceed with the software update process • For the HP StoreOnce B6200 Backup system only: Ensure that you know the physical IP address of the node that has the active Management Console. This is the server that has the blue LED constantly on. (In a failure scenario, this could be a useful method to login and troubleshoot.) 8 Outstanding issues not addressed in this release

There is an outstanding issue with HP StoreOnce B6200 Backup systems where multiple gateways
