4. Scroll down and select Paper Guide Cleaning. 5. Select Start. 6. Follow the on-screen instructions to clean the paper guide. 7. Repeat these steps as necessary until the paper comes out clean. 8. If there is still ink on your printouts after several cleanings, turn off the product. 9. Unplug the power cable. 10. Disconnect any connected cables. 11. Raise the control panel. 12. Slide out the output tray. 13. Use a soft, moist cloth to clean the white rollers shown here. Gently rotate the rollers to clean them completely.
