Preparing the Shared Folder Setting the Shared Folder from the Control Panel 1. Select Menu on the printer's control panel. 2. Select General Settings > Network Settings > Advanced > Shared Folder. 3. Enter a value for each item. ❏ Folder Name Enter the network path for the shared folder within 255 characters. ❏ User Name Enter the user name that you use to log into the computer. ❏ Password Enter the password that you use to log into the computer. 4. Select Proceed. 5. Close the confirmation screen. Setting the Shared Folder Using Web Config 1. Access Web Config and select the Print tab > Basic. 33
