Message WRONG PAPER SIZE PAPER OUT NO BORDERLESS WITH THIS SIZE RELOAD PAPER Note: These messages display alternately on the LCD. RELOAD PAPER NOT STRAIGHT RELOAD Description The loaded paper size does not match the data size. No paper is loaded in the printer or is loaded incorrectly. Roll paper has run out during printing. A2 size cut sheet media has been installed for borderless printing. The printer cannot detect the loaded cut sheet media, because it is wavy or curled. The printer cannot detect the loaded paper. Cut sheet media is not loaded straight, and needs to be aligned. PAPER NOT STRAIGHT COMMAND ERROR CHECK DRIVER SETTINGS The paper is not loaded straight. Damaged data has been sent to the printer. The printer receives data with a wrong command. The installed printer driver is not correct for the printer. REPLACE INK CRTG The ink cartridge is expended. What to do Match the loaded paper size to the data size. Load paper correctly. Load a new paper roll. Install a different size of cut sheet media or roll paper. Flatten the cut sheet media. Move the paper lever. Load the cut sheet media correctly. See "Loading cut sheet media" on page 153. Load paper straight. Stop printing, and press the pause button for 3 seconds. Stop printing, and press the pause button for 3 seconds. Then make sure that the installed printer driver is correct for the printer. Replace the expended ink cartridge with a new one.
