If this appliance has not been used for a long time, make sure that it has been stored at temperatures above 32ºF (0ºC) for at least 3 hours before turning on power to the appliance. Never modify or alter the construction of the appliance by removing the panels, wire covers, screws, or any other part of the appliance. Be sure to have an appropriate foam-type fire extinguisher available, clearly visible and easily accessible located near the appliance. All materials used in construction of cabinets, enclosures, and supports surrounding the product must have a temperature rating above 200°F (94°C).
