Follow the procedure in
Before working inside your computer

Remove the:
a
base cover
b
battery
c
WLAN card
d
WWAN card
e
display assembly

To remove the LCD panel:
a
Use a plastic scribe to loosen the edges of the LCD panel.

Flip the LCD screen over from the top.
c
Peel the adhesive tape [1], Mylar shield [2].
d
Release the latch [3], and disconnect the eDP cable [4].

Peel the adhesive tape [5], and disconnect the IR cable [6].
