Note: If you can connect through the Internet (Remote mode), you can leave the Admin password blank. The Admin password is only required for local access. Note: If you have more than one device registered to your mydlink account, you will be prompted to select the device you wish to use. 7. You can now use the mydlink SharePort app interface to stream media and access files stored on your removable drive. The wireless icon at the bottom of the screen will be lit green to indicate you are connected to the router through Remote Access. Note: If you see a red wireless icon at the bottom of the screen, your router's network environment may not be suitable for a direct network connection and you may experience slow network speeds. Note:
If you can connect through the Internet (Remote mode), you can leave
the Admin password blank. The Admin password is only required for local

7. You can now use the mydlink SharePort app interface to stream media
and access files stored on your removable drive. The wireless icon at the
bottom of the screen will be lit green to indicate you are connected to
the router through Remote Access.
Note:
If you see a red wireless icon at the bottom of the screen, your router’s
network environment may not be suitable for a direct network connection
and you may experience slow network speeds.
If you need to change your settings, tap the gear icon at the top right
corner to access the
Settings
page.
