INSTRUMENT AND CONTROL FUNCTIONS EWA14300 WARNING Make sure that the throttle cables are not pinched. 3. Insert the key into the windshield lock, turn it counterclockwise until it stops to lock the fastener, and then remove the key. EWA14270 WARNING Make sure that the fastener is locked in place as shown. EWA14320 3 WARNING Be careful not push the motorcycle forward when removing the windshield. The motorcycle could fall off the sidestand. ECA15350 1. Slot 2. Holder 3. Throttle cable CAUTION: Securely hold the windshield to prevent it from falling when removing. To install the windshield 1. Fit the slot in each windshield bracket (left and right side) into its holder. 2. Push the windshield backward until it snaps into place. 1. Lock. 2. Fastener 3. Holder 3-16
