INSTRUMENT AND CONTROL FUNCTIONS EAU13540 EAU13680 2-stroke engine oil Make sure that there is sufficient oil in the 2-stroke engine oil tank. If necessary, add the recommended 2-stroke engine oil as follows. Recommended oil: See page 8-1. Oil quantity: 1.4 L (1.48 US qt) (1.23 Imp.qt) 3. Install the 2-stroke engine oil tank cap and tank cap cover. NOTE: Make sure that the 2-stroke engine oil tank cap is properly installed. Kickstarter 4 To start the engine, fold out the kickstarter lever, move it down lightly with your foot until the gears engage, and then push it down smoothly but forcefully. 1. Remove the 2-stroke engine oil tank cap cover as shown. 2. Remove the 2-stroke engine oil tank cap and add the recommended oil. 3-7

2-stroke engine oil
Make sure that there is sufficient oil in
the 2-stroke engine oil tank. If neces-
sary, add the recommended 2-stroke
engine oil as follows.
1. Remove the 2-stroke engine oil
tank cap cover as shown.
2. Remove the 2-stroke engine oil
tank cap and add the recommend-
ed oil.
3. Install the 2-stroke engine oil tank
cap and tank cap cover.
NOTE:
Make sure that the 2-stroke engine oil
tank cap is properly installed.

Kickstarter
