ADJUSTMENTS Throttle Cable Freeplay Adjust throttle cable freeplay at the handlebar. 1. Slide the boots off the inline cable adjuster sleeve. Loosen the adjuster locknut. 2. Turn the adjuster until 1/16" to 1/8" (1.5-3 mm) of freeplay is achieved at the thumb lever. While adjusting freeplay, be sure to flip the throttle lever back and forth several times. 3. Tighten the lock nut and slide the boots over the cable adjuster until they touch at the midpoint of the adjuster. Boot Sleeve Lock Nut Boot 92

ADJUSTMENTS
Throttle Cable Freeplay
Adjust throttle cable freeplay at the handlebar.
1.
Slide the boots off the inline cable adjuster sleeve. Loosen the
adjuster locknut.
2.
Turn the adjuster until 1/16" to 1/8" (1.5-3 mm) of freeplay is
achieved at the thumb lever. While adjusting freeplay, be sure to flip
the throttle lever back and forth several times.
3.
Tighten the lock nut and slide the boots over the cable adjuster until
they touch at the midpoint of the adjuster.
