Hauling Cargo OPERATION The RANGER has been designed to carry or tow specific capacities. Always read and understand the load distribution warnings listed on the warning labels. The total load (operator, passenger, accessories, cargo and weight on hitch) must not exceed the maximum weight capacity of the vehicle. Never exceed the following capacities. Model RANGER 4X4 RANGER 6X6 RANGER CREW Maximum Total Weight Capacity (Level Ground) 1500 lbs. (681 kg) 2000 lbs. (907 kg) 1750 lbs. (794 kg) Maximum Cargo Box Weight Capacity 1000 lbs. (454 kg) 1250 lbs. (567 kg) Cargo Box 250 lbs. (113 kg) Storage Box 1000 lbs. (454 kg) WARNING! Driving with passengers in the cargo box can result in severe injury or death. Never allow passengers to ride in the cargo box. Passengers must always ride in the cab with seat belts fastened securely. 55
