Automatic Transmission Gear Selector The transmission gear selector is located on the right side of the vehicle. H: High Gear N: Neutral R: Reverse Whenever the ATV is left unattended, always place the transmission in gear and lock the parking brake. Gear Selector FEATURES AND CONTROLS CAUTION Shifting gears with the engine speed above idle or while the vehicle is moving could cause transmission damage. To change gears, stop the vehicle, and with the engine idling, move the lever to the desired gear. 41
