WARRANTY Polaris Second Year Engine Service Contract Second Year Engine Service Contract is standard on all eligible new and unused snowmobiles that were Snow Checked through an authorized Polaris dealer during the March/April Snow Check promotion. The free Second Year Engine Service Contract is honored by all authorized Polaris snowmobile dealers in North America and is transferable 120 days after the original purchase date, free of charge, through any Polaris snowmobile dealer. Coverage on Snow Check units is automatic. Although you do not receive a warranty card, your dealership should have printed a copy of the warranty registration form. This form is your proof of warranty. Consumer Exclusions • Each repair visit after the first twelve months of standard warranty coverage is subject to a $50 deductible. • The free Second Year Engine Service Contract applies to the first 5,000 miles or two (2) calendar years from date of purchase, whichever comes first. Tampering with the odometer shall void all warranties/service contracts. No extensions to coverage under this engine service contract can be given. Used snowmobiles are not eligible under this program. • Snowmobiles used for commercial purposes or for racing are excluded from coverage. 136
