Lubrication n Chaincase Oil Level MAINTENANCE It's the operator's responsibility to check and maintain the proper chaincase oil level. To check the oil level, place the machine on a level surface. The oil level should be between the "safe" marks on the dipstick (A). Add Polaris chaincase oil (PN 2871280) through the dipstick opening. Do not overfill. See page 132 for the part numbers of Polaris products. Flush the chaincase after the first 500 miles (800 km), then every 1000 miles (1600 km) or seasonally. Chaincase Oil Level
