This data can help provide a better understanding for both the rider and the manufacturer of how the vehicle was performing at the time of an accident and of the circumstances in which crashes occur. NOTE The EDR in this vehicle is designed to record only data that is relevant to the vehicle's running condition at the time of an accident such information as: Vehicle speed, Engine crankshaft rotational speed, and Throttle opening. To access information on an EDR, special equipment and access to the EDR is required.
