MX-HomePro MXHP-H500 Hub Owner's Manual DC Power Input The unit is powered by a AC Power Adapter that plugs into the input port shown below. The power supply is a 12 Volt, 1 Ampere supply. Use only the AC Adapter that is supplied with the unit. Front Panel Description The front panel of the MXHP-H500 Hub houses an infrared "blaster." The MXHP-H500 Front Panel Blaster sends infrared commands to components in the same cabinet, or in the line-of-sight of the MXHP-H500 Hub. The Front Panel Infrared Blaster can be enabled or disabled via the MX-HomePro Web Programming Software. Your professional installer programmed your Hub to use either the rear panel infrared emitter outputs, or the front panel infrared blaster, never both. The Front Panel Infrared Blaster of the MXHP-H500 Hub can also be used for "learning" infrared commands from another remote control. Any "learned" infrared command will is saved by the MX-HomePro Web Page Programming Software. 12
