Using the Unit Working Technique English Approved KombiEngines Do not use your power scythe during other people's rest periods. The power scythe is used at ground level. As its blades operate like a mower bar, the unit is ideal for cutting scrub, thicket, reed, wild growth and hard grasses. The power scythe is particularly suitable for applications in busy areas, such as traffic islands or parks, because cuttings are not caught and thrown by the blades. Disposal KombiEngines Only use KombiEngines supplied or explicitly approved by STIHL for use with the attachment. Preparations N Set cutter bar to required angle. N Remove the blade scabbard. N Start the engine. N Put on the shoulder strap.
