Starting Procedure : Hold down the throttle trigger interlock and squeeze the throttle trigger. : While holding both levers in this position, move slide control to START and hold it there. : Now release the throttle trigger, slide control and throttle trigger interlock in that order. Check that the cutting blades are not touching the ground or any other obstacles. If necessary, rest the gearbox on a raised support (e.g. a mound, brick or something similar). : Make sure you have a firm footing: Press the unit firmly against the ground with your left hand.
