Symptom Cause/Remedy The chest light does not turn off when you press the pause button to make AIBO pause. There may be a problem with the internal application. c Remove the battery pack (page 34). When the battery pack is locked, insert a pointing object into the battery pack unlock hole to remove it (4 on page 27). Re-insert the battery pack and press the pause button again. AIBO soon asks for charging even with a fully charged battery pack. When the battery pack's operating time has become noticeably short, it may have reached its end of life.
