ENGLISH Turning Power On/Off Caution • Turn on the monitor first before turning on the computer or playback device. • Even when the power is turned off with the POWER button on the monitor, a minute amount of power is consumed if the power cord is connected. • When turning the power off and back on, always wait for at least 5 seconds. A short interval may result in a malfunction. • For a complete electrical disconnection, pull out the main plug. 2. Turn the power on and off with the POWER button on the remote control unit. Point the remote control unit toward the remote control sensor on this monitor, and press the POWER button. Turning power on/off 1. Press the POWER button on this monitor to turn on the power. The power LED lights green. [PN-UH861] POWER button nPower save mode When the monitor is turned on for the first time after being shipped from the factory, the power save mode setting screen will be displayed. Set it to "YES" or "NO". YES ���"Power save mode" is set to "On". Current consumption is reduced while the monitor is in standby mode. Note, however, that the startup time from standby mode becomes longer. NO Power save mode" is set to "Off". Startup time from standby mode is reduced. Note, however, that more power will be consumed in standby mode. Even after being set, you can change the "Power save mode". (See Operation manual.)
