SETTING MODE►SYSTEM SETTINGS Condition Settings Restrict Print Jobs other than the current Print Hold Job You can select settings to cancel print jobs that are not print hold jobs, or force all print jobs to be held. When [Restrict Print Jobs other than the current Print Hold Job] is turned ON, the settings below can be selected. Item Settings Force Retention Disable Job This setting forcibly sets all print jobs as print hold jobs, even jobs for which print hold is not selected. Prohibit all print jobs other than print hold jobs. Automatic Deletion of Suspended Print Jobs If a job is interrupted because of a paper jam or similar, then after the time set in "Time until Suspended Print Jobs are Automatically Deleted", the job will be automatically deleted. Delete Fax Receive Job as well Fax and internet fax* received print data, received data, transaction report, and image sending activity report will be deleted. (For Japan, this details the Internet fax expansion kit option, and for overseas, this details the fax and Internet fax extension kit option.) Time until Suspended Print Jobs are Automatically Deleted Set the time after stopping a job to automatically deleting the job. Reject Requests from External Sites You can reject the request from external sites. If Firmware Corruption is Detected, Restore It When the machine is started up, it checks the firmware and if damage is found, it will automatically recover to the state before the damage. Apply Security Policy The default administrator is displayed at login. Set whether to apply security policy on this machine. Mandatory Access Control Set whether to perform mandatory access control.
