APPLICATIONS You may use this product for the purposes listed below: n General ventilation of most household spaces. INSTALLING/REMOVING BATTERY PACK See Figure 1, page 6. n Insert the battery pack into the battery port as shown. n Make sure the latch on the battery pack snaps into place and the battery pack is secured in the product before beginning operation. n Depress the latch and pull to release and remove the battery pack. For complete charging instructions, see the operator's manuals for your battery pack and charger. WARNING: Always remove battery pack from the tool when you are assembling parts, making adjustments, cleaning, or when not in use. Removing battery pack will prevent accidental starting that could cause serious personal injury. USING THE CLAMP FAN See Figure 2, page 6. n Insert the battery pack. n To start the fan, move the low/off/high switch to the left or right. NOTE: For low speed, move the switch left to the LOW ( I ) position. For high speed, move the switch right to the HIGH ( I I ) position. n To stop the fan, place the low/off/high in the center or OFF ( O ) position. ADJUSTABLE HEAD See Figure 3, page 6. The fan head can be set in a variety of positions for better air circulation. To adjust the fan head, make sure the base is secure and gently pivot the head to the desired position. TO MOUNT THE FAN See Figure 4, page 6. WARNING: Only clamp the fan to a mounting surface that is 1-1/2 in. thick or less. Clean the mounting surface and the clamp pads before mounting the fan to prevent slipping. Ensure the fan is securely clamped before and during operation. Never stand directly beneath a mounted fan. Failure to follow these instructions can create a hazard and could result in serious personal injury. n Squeeze the ends of the clamp to open the clamp mouth and install the fan in a suitable location. NOTE: Be careful not to hang the fan in such a way that it prevents normal fan operation. MAINTENANCE WARNING: When servicing, use only identical replacement parts. Use of any other part could create a hazard or cause product damage. GENERAL MAINTENANCE Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most plastics are susceptible to damage from various types of commercial solvents and can be damaged by their use. APPLICATIONS

General ventilation of most household spaces.
INSTALLING/REMOVING BATTERY PACK
See Figure 1, page 6.
Insert the battery pack into the battery port as shown.
Make sure the latch on the battery pack snaps into place
and the battery pack is secured in the product before
beginning operation.
Depress the latch and pull to release and remove the
battery pack.
For complete charging instructions, see the operator’s man-
uals for your battery pack and charger.
WARNING:
Always remove battery pack from the tool when you are
assembling parts, making adjustments, cleaning, or when
not in use. Removing battery pack will prevent accidental
starting that could cause serious personal injury.
OPERATION
USING THE CLAMP FAN
See Figure 2, page 6.
Insert the battery pack.
To start the fan, move the low/off/high switch to the left
or right.
NOTE:
For low speed, move the switch left to the
LOW
( I )
position. For high speed, move the switch right to the
HIGH ( I I )
position.
To stop the fan, place the low/off/high in the center or
OFF ( O )
position.
ADJUSTABLE HEAD
See Figure 3, page 6.
The fan head can be set in a variety of positions for better
air circulation. To adjust the fan head, make sure the base
is secure and gently pivot the head to the desired position.
TO MOUNT THE FAN
See Figure 4, page 6.
WARNING:
Only clamp the fan to a mounting surface that is 1-1/2 in.
thick or less. Clean the mounting surface and the clamp
pads before mounting the fan to prevent slipping. Ensure
the fan is securely clamped before and during operation.
Never stand directly beneath a mounted fan. Failure to
follow these instructions can create a hazard and could
result in serious personal injury.
Squeeze the ends of the clamp to open the clamp mouth
and install the fan in a suitable location.
NOTE:
Be careful not to hang the fan in such a way that
it prevents normal fan operation.
MAINTENANCE
WARNING:
When servicing, use only identical replacement parts.
Use of any other part could create a hazard or cause
product damage.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most
plastics are susceptible to damage from various types of
commercial solvents and can be damaged by their use. Use
clean cloths to remove dirt, dust, oil, grease, etc.
