Be Sure to Detach the Battery after Use Be sure to detach the Battery from the SD Video Camera. (If it is left attached to the SD Video Camera, a minute amount of current is consumed even when the SD Video Camera power is off.) If the Battery is left attached to the SD Video Camera for a long time, over discharge takes place. The Battery may become unusable after it is charged. Have spare batteries on hand when you use this unit outdoors. In a cold place, the recordable time will be shorter. When you travel, be sure to bring the supplied AC adaptor for charging in the place you are visiting. Self-discharge of the Battery Leaving the Battery for a long time may cause self-discharge of the Battery. Charge it before use. If it is stored in a place with extremely high or low temperature, the life of the battery may be shortened.
