5. Installation and Connections TIP: • With the projector's Ethernet/HDBaseT port, remote control is not available when the projector is in the standby mode (serial communications is not available). (Remote control becomes available when the projector's power is on). The 2 (two) methods below can be used to turn on the projector's power when it is in standby mode. 1. The projector can be operated by connecting the computer and projector to the network (on the projector, using the LAN port and PC Control Utility application with [STANDBY MODE] set to [NETWORK STANDBY] (→ page 101). TIP:
• With the projector’s Ethernet/HDBaseT port, remote control is not available when the projector is in the standby mode (serial
