7 Troubleshooting Troubleshooting 7.1 Troubleshooting PROBLEM Mattress not inflating Not alternating properly No power Alarm-Power Failure Alarm-Hose Disconnected CAUSE Mattress hose disconnected Air hose kinked or split Major leak in the air cushions or overlay pad Kinked or split manifold Has power and fuse is good, control unit does not come on Not alternating, solenoid malfunction No air, pump malfunction Control unit off Power cord disconnected No power in the power source Power outage Blown fuse Power cord disconnected No power in the power source Power outage Blown fuse Mattress hose disconnected SOLUTION Connect hose connectors and lock them in place Unkink hose or replace split hose Replace leaking air cushions or overlay pad Unkink manifold or replace split manifold Send control unit back to factory for repair Send control unit back to factory for repair Send unit for repair Check power source and turn on unit Connect power cord to the power source Check power source has power and turn it On Wait till the power source has power Replace blown fuse with an equivalent fuse Connect power cord to the power source Check power source has power and turn it On Wait till the power source has power Replace blown fuse with an equivalent fuse Connect hose connectors and lock them in place 1148136-G 33
