MAINTENANCE Hoses and Pump: n Fill the detergent tank with clean water and spray through spray wand until tank is empty to flush any soap residue from the unit. n Remove all hoses. n Empty the pump by pulling on the starter grip and rope about 6 times. This should remove most of the liquid from the pump. NOTE: Regular use of fuel stabilizer and pump protector will give you better performance of the unit and increase the life of the pump. See the Replacement Parts List for available sizes and part numbers of these items and call customer service at 1-800-242-4672 to order. PREPARING FOR USE AFTER STORAGE n Pull the recoil starter grip three or four times to clean oil from the combustion chamber. n Remove spark plug from the cylinder. Wipe oil from the spark plug and return it to the cylinder. n Reconnect the spark plug wire. n Refuel the machine as described earlier in the operator's manual. WARNING: Ensure all engine covers and all engine parts are completely and properly reassembled before starting engine. PREPARING FOR USE AFTER STORAGE
Pull the recoil starter grip three or four times to clean oil
from the combustion chamber.
Remove spark plug from the cylinder. Wipe oil from the
spark plug and return it to the cylinder.
Reconnect the spark plug wire.
Refuel the machine as described earlier in the operator’s
manual.
