Installing the 60-A PDU in square-hole racks 1. Determine the location within the rack for the PDU. 2. Install four cage nuts where all four screw holes on the PDU brackets are to be located. 3. Align all four screw holes on the PDU brackets with the cage nuts, and insert and tighten four M5 x 16-mm screws (1). WARNING: To reduce the risk of electric shock or damage to the equipment: • Do not disable the power cord grounding plug. The grounding plug is an important safety feature. • Plug the power cord into a grounded (earthed) electrical outlet that is easily accessible at all times. • Unplug the power cord from the power supply to disconnect power to the equipment. 4. Plug the PDU power cord (2) into the appropriate power outlet. Installation is complete.
