HOW TO USE THE CONSOLE FEATURES OF THE CONSOLE The incline trainer console offers an impressive array of features designed to make your workouts more effective and enjoyable. The console features revolutionary iFit technology that enables the incline trainer to communicate with your wireless network. With iFit technology, you can download personalized workouts, create your own workouts, track your workout results, and access many other features. See www.iFit.com for complete information. In addition, the console features a selection of onboard workouts, including eight calorie workouts, eight intensity workouts, eight speed workouts, eight incline workouts, and six iFit demo workouts. Each workout automatically controls the speed and incline of the incline trainer as it guides you through an effective exercise session. In addition, you can set a calorie, time, distance, or pace goal. When you use the manual mode, you can change the speed and incline of the incline trainer with the touch of a button. As you exercise, the console will display instant exercise feedback. You can also measure your heart rate using the handgrip heart rate monitor or an optional Polar®-compatible chest heart rate monitor. You can even browse the Internet or listen to your favorite workout music or audio books with the console's stereo sound system while you exercise. To turn on the power, see page 18.
