You can interrupt the boiling process at any time by pressing the ON/OFF button or removing the kettle from the power base. Colour bright blue Temperature up to 50 °C dark blue 60 °C pink 70 °C red 85 °C and higher 7. When the water is boiling, the interior illumination will turn dark red and a beep sounds. The kettle will switch off automatically after a few seconds and the illumination of the kettle will go out. After allowing the kettle to cool down for 15-20 seconds, the water can be brought back to a boil by pressing the ON/OFF button again. NOTE: Boiling can be interrupted or cancelled at any time simply by pressing the boil button or lifting the kettle from the power base. Important: We recommend turning the kettle off by pressing the ON/OFF button before removing the kettle from the power base. 8. If you do not wish to reboil the water, unplug the power base. 9. WARNING: Always switch OFF the kettle and unplug from power supply, when the kettle is not in use, to avoid risk of fire and electric shock. DO NOT leave the power base unattended with the power plug connected to the power supply. KEEP WARM mode You may wish for your kettle to hold at a desired temperature for a period of time. 1. First, you should heat up the water until it boils, as described in the instructions above. A 2.
