Unrecoverable Errors Printing is no longer possible when an unrecoverable error occurs. The printer must be repaired. Turn off the power immediately when an unrecoverable error occurs. CAUTION Error Error description R/W error in memory or gate array High voltage error Low voltage error After R/W checking, the printer does not work correctly. The power supply voltage is extremely high. The power supply voltage is extremely low. CPU execution error Thermistor error • The CPU is executing an incorrect address. • I/F board is not connected. • The print head temperature is abnormal. • The thermistor is not detected. • Thermistor wiring is not connected. Error LED flash code Approx. 160 ms 16
